Shipping Policy

We aim to get every order to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery Options

  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked – RM 24: Delivery within 24 hours of Royal Mail receiving your parcel
  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked – RM 48: Delivery within 48 hours of Royal Mail receiving your parcel

(Note: these are delivery times once your order has been dispatched — see dispatch times below.)

Standard Items
All standard items are dispatched within 2–3 working days from the date of purchase.

Personalised Items
Because personalised items are made or prepared specifically for you, please allow up to 5 working days for these to be dispatched.

Mixed Orders
If your order contains both standard and personalised items, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready — so please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch in this case.

Total Estimated Timeline

  • Standard items: 2–3 working days dispatch + 1–2 days Royal Mail delivery
  • Personalised items: up to 5 working days dispatch + 1–2 days Royal Mail delivery

Delayed or Lost Parcels
Occasionally, parcels may be delayed once they're with Royal Mail, particularly during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

  • If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 working days after dispatch, please contact us and we'll look into it on your behalf.
  • Royal Mail generally considers a parcel lost if it hasn't arrived within 10 working days of posting (for RM 24/RM 48 tracked services). If this happens, please get in touch and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Please retain your order confirmation and tracking number, as these will be needed to raise any enquiry with Royal Mail.

Please Note

  • "Working days" refers to Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends (Royal Mail does not collect or deliver on these days).
  • Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number.
  • Royal Mail delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are outside of our control once the parcel has been collected.
